Working together with ISM-CV, the ISM-CV Columbia Chapter is dedicated to furthering the strategic importance of our profession, and to the Institute of Supply Management's (ISM's) goal of maintaining the highest level of excellence among supply management professionals through:

  • advancing best practices for the supply management and procurement professions.

  • fostering the professional development of our members through education and networking opportunities.

  • promoting professional competence and proficiency through effective and ethical work environments.
     

Our meetings and seminars provide a collaborative learning environment that encourages professional growth. Presentations on a variety of supply management-related topics, and guest speakers from throughout the industry offer chapter members the opportunity to enhance their professional skills and benefit from the experience of others.

We also recognize and support the professional certifications and qualifications offered through ISM, including the CPSM, CSM and CPSD certifications.

ANTI-TRUST POLICIES
 

It is the policy of the ISM-CV Columbia Chapter to comply strictly in all respects with all of the anti-trust laws of the United States. There shall be no discussion of the following matters at any ISM-CV meeting or any discussion between members and the staff of the ISM-CV Columbia Chapter:

​

  • Pricing, discounts, and credit terms and procedures offered by particular vendors

  • Standardizing or stabilizing of prices

  • Standard terms and conditions of purchase or sale

  • Boycotts of particular vendors

  • Any matter which could create the appearance of any of the above
